Our Meeting Support Services division assists clients in achieving maximum utility and return on their technology investment by assuring the highest levels of user satisfaction and facility availability. Our services are available in three formats, depending upon the particular client needs:
On-Site Services
Our personnel are based at the client site to provide hands-on assistance for your meeting needs. We will identify the specific technology required and coordinate with other service vendors on the property, including food servers and furniture porters, to ensure they are aware of your peripheral meeting needs.
Special Events
Our Technology Concierge™ will act on your behalf to coordinate special event technology needs with service providers, either off-site or on, to ensure that technologically enabled meetings go off without a hitch.
Off-Site Monitoring and Control
Most of today’s modern audiovisual components are fitted with communications ports to allow monitoring and control via Internet Protocol (IP) connections. Our command and control center provides an audiovisual help desk to assist and monitor system operations, to assist novice users and to repair problems before you know that one exists.
